Key Features
~
Our experience offers many key features to enhance fitting rooms. Some of these include, the option for self checkout to beat the queue, reviews and product information at their fingertips alongside virtual assistance should a shopper need a different size.

Our experience offers a unisex facility which caters for all genders, a bigger space and much better lighting to enable the consumer to see the garment as it should be seen in a comfortable space!

There is also a "rest room" facility within the experience. This will provide comfortable chairs/sofas and an area for shoppers to relax and socialise with friends/family and discuss their new outfits!
We are offering an immersive fitting room experience!
Benefits
Consumer
-Added comfort when trying clothes on with bigger rooms and the option to relax in the rest room.
-The convenience of a self checkout service.
-More privacy by eliminating curtains and using solid lockable doors.
-A human experience - being able to touch and feel the fabrics unlike online shopping where a consumer must purchase an item before they try it on.
Retailers
-Customers will want to have the experience and more customers creates more sales which generates more profit.
-Customer retention - a happy customer is more likely to return!

Community
-More people on the high street leading to more businesses wanting to be there and helping the local high street get back on it's feet!
- Health and well being; getting people out of the house
- Inclusivity - catering for many different communities and having equal opportunities for all!
Companies To Work With
~

- Created a system that stores can use as a self checkout POS (point of sale).
- Customers can scan barcodes with their phone or on an in store device.
-Can pay using phone or cards.
-Once payment is complete, the security tag is unlocked and can be removed.

-This could also potentially solve the issue raised about catering for those who do not wish to try clothes on.
-A QueueHop POS system could be incorporated into our changing rooms, which adds the self-checkout feature and also an element of security - as a security tag is unlocked once an item has been purchased and the customers can discard these in a designated bin.
-A few stores have partnered with this company for their self-checkout services. What makes us different is that were offering an experience rather than just the option to self-checkout.
